Ingredients
Units
Scale
- 6 cups water (1 1/2 liters)
- 3/4 cup sugar (150 grams)
- 4 juicy limes (look for soft and thin exterior)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (150 grams)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, mix water well with sugar. It takes a couple of minutes until the sugar dissolves.
- Prepare the limes: Wash limes, cut off edges and cut into 8.
- Add half of the sugar-water and all of the limes to a blender and pulse around 7 times, max 10 seconds in total (this is to avoid bitterness). Stain into a large pitcher. Press the pulp to release all the juices.
- Add the rest of the sugar-water and all of the sweetened condensed milk into the blender and blend until combined.
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk mixture with the lemonade mixture.
- Serve over ice and a slice of lime for garnish.
