Description

Get your body straight by fuelling it right! This green smoothie with grapes and avocado doesn't just taste amazing, it is healthy too.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup green grapes (75 grams)
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks (before freezing!)
  • 1 packed cup spinach (or kale, 250 milliliters)
  • 1 cup light coconut milk (250 milliliters)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • A few mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth in a blender. Add a splash of water if the consistency is too thick, and honey if you find it's not sweet enough. Enjoy!
  2. This will be even better if you can spare 10 minutes to bloom the chia seeds: Combine the chia seeds with 4 teaspoons water, and let them sit "to bloom" for 10 minutes. Easier to digest and smoother to blend!
