Get your body straight by fuelling it right! This green smoothie with grapes and avocado doesn't just taste amazing, it is healthy too.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup green grapes (75 grams)
- 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks (before freezing!)
- 1 packed cup spinach (or kale, 250 milliliters)
- 1 cup light coconut milk (250 milliliters)
- 1/4 avocado
- A few mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Blend until smooth in a blender. Add a splash of water if the consistency is too thick, and honey if you find it's not sweet enough. Enjoy!
- This will be even better if you can spare 10 minutes to bloom the chia seeds: Combine the chia seeds with 4 teaspoons water, and let them sit "to bloom" for 10 minutes. Easier to digest and smoother to blend!
